Frequently Asked QuestionsHow many birthday party packages do you offer? I offer two core birthday party programs. The first is our basic package, featuring our 35 minute magic show, with live bunny rabbit, amazing magic, comedy and tons of audience participation. We also give the birthday child our "Marty the Magician" Bag of Magic, with 6 tricks and a magic wand. In addition, each guest gets a magic fortune telling fish they can take home. With our deluxe package, you get all of the above, plus we present our magic class to all the kids. They each get three different magic tricks, and we all learn how to perform them. The kids get to take their tricks home. Also, the deluxe package includes 20 goodie bags filled with fun toys and magic items that the kids really love. The deluxe package, with the show, magic class and goodie bags, runs about 50 minutes to an hour. If you need something special created for your event, however, I have been doing birthday parties for many years and have a lot of different ideas that we can work into the mix. How far do you travel to do a birthday party and do you charge travel fees? Most of my parties are held in Greene, Christian, Taney and Webster counties. The majority of my shows are in Springfield, MO, Republic, Willard, Battlefield, Strafford, Rogersville, Nixa and Ozark. I'm based out of Ozark, MO and have performed for parties up to 90 miles away. I do not charge extra for travel, except in the rare case when I go out of my four county area. How much space do you need for the typical birthday party? With most birthday party shows, I'm performing right in front of the family room fireplace, or a basement rec room. I just need a little area in front of me for the routines where I have volunteers come forward. Do you need me to provide a table? Electricity? Anything? Nope. I bring all my own equipment and total set up time is about 10 minutes, so we're ready to roll almost as soon as I arrive. My goal is to make this birthday party totally easy for you.
